Job Description


The Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for managing and converting incoming and outbound leads through virtual consultations, phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Telugu, Kannada and Hindi will be added advantage and preference will be given to these candidates), be adept at delivering compelling online presentations, and excel at building strong client relationships remotely. This performance-driven role focuses on providing tailored real estate solutions, driving revenue growth through effective client engagement, and ensuring a seamless, client-centric sales experience.


Role & responsibilities

·      Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries across platforms to ensure timely and effective client engagement.

·      Proactively reach out to potential buyers through outbound calls using company-provided databases, with the goal of building a robust and qualified sales pipeline.

·      Engage with NRI clients

·      Understand and assess clients' property needs, budget preferences, and investment goals to offer tailored real estate solutions.

Deliver persuasive and insightful project presentations

drive referrals and repeat business.

·      Take complete ownership of the sales lifecycle

updates within the CRM system.

·      Coordinate with developer partners

Preferred candidate profile

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

English (mandatory); fluency in Hindi, Kannada or Telugu

·      Prior experience in outbound sales or the real estate sector is mandatory.

·      Leadership qualities along with ability to work independently and deliver results with minimum supervision are preferred.

Salary

fixed salary component is Rs. 4 LPA to Rs. 6 LPA
