Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive business growth.
Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.
Strong communication skills in the Malayalam language (written & spoken).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective lead generation strategies.
Experience working in the IT services & consulting industry is preferred.
