Job Summary

Inside Sales Executive

digital marketing tools

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid ads).
Identify potential customers via online research, LinkedIn, and inbound marketing leads.
Engage and build relationships with prospects through email, social media, and virtual meetings.
Present company products/services digitally and provide tailored solutions to client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.
Maintain lead and customer data in CRM systems and track engagement history.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on submitted offers.
Prepare sales performance reports and share insights for campaign improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in
inside sales with digital marketing exposure
Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, or email automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical mindset and result-driven attitude
Must be
fluent in Bengali
(speaking and understanding)
