Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid ads).
  • Identify potential customers via online research, LinkedIn, and inbound marketing leads.
  • Engage and build relationships with prospects through email, social media, and virtual meetings.
  • Present company products/services digitally and provide tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.
  • Maintain lead and customer data in CRM systems and track engagement history.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on submitted offers.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and share insights for campaign improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    inside sales with digital marketing exposure

  • Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, or email automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and result-driven attitude
  • Must be

    fluent in Bengali

    (speaking and understanding)
