Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Executive will be tasked with generating leads, managing customer service interactions, and effectively communicating with prospective clients. Day-to-day activities include inside sales, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the engineering or technology industry is beneficial
