We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at Krishwave Engineering Solutions. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential clients through outbound calls. Your goal will be to identify and qualify leads, pitch our engineering solutions, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our engineering solutions. 2. Client Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch our solutions. 3. Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our engineering solutions. 4. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and decision-making authority. 5. Data Management*: Update excel sheet with accurate and timely information on leads, client interactions, and sales progress. Requirements: Graduate/Post-Graduate (In Any Stream) Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or lead generation, preferably in an engineering or technical sales environment. Results-Oriented: Strong motivation to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on achieving results. What We Offer: 1.
