Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator. The position is based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting sales operations. Daily tasks will include managing sales orders, tracking shipments, liaising with the sales team, and assisting in maintaining records and reports.

Qualifications

Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
Customer service and Communication skills
Experience in Sales functions and processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the engineering
