JD- Inside Sales & Client Servicing

 Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

 Able to mapping the competition.

 Able to work in assign account, also can create Business Potential

 Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

 Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues

 Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities

 Cold calling & End to End sales

 Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them

 Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices

 Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand/ Product

 Help promote and maintain a positive company image

 Good communicating & analytical skills.

 Able to handle client on Independent basis.

 Maintain monthly MIS and Target.

 Able to build good relationship with Client.

 Assisting in Generating new business.

 Able to generate leads.

Skills Required

 Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager/ BDE /BDM

 Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

 Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

 Problem-solving attitude

 Excellent communication skills

 Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

 Teamwork and leadership skills

 Customer-oriented mindset

Salary upto INR 18K-32K(Negotiable Depends on interview)
Experience : 2-3 Years Min
