Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (Female Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in an educational institution (Pre-Primary to Grade 12)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an aggressive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage admissions enquiries, convert leads, and support the admissions team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school operations, admissions, or parent handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Follow up aggressively on leads received from various channels.
• Counsel parents about school curriculum, facilities, academic programs, and the admission process.
• Maintain and update lead trackers, CRM, and enquiry logs.
• Schedule school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-up meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and admin teams for smooth admissions processing.
• Participate in marketing events, open houses, and school promotions when required.
• Prepare reports on enquiry conversions, feedback, and parent interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Confident, aggressive, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle parent objections and close admissions efficiently.
• Good understanding of school systems, curriculum boards, and parent expectations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM usage.
• Excellent coordination and relationship-building abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school admissions / counselling / front office / inside sales.
• Experience in Pre-Primary to Grade 12 institutions preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
