Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Firm, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, pitch property offerings, and schedule site visits. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads. Clearly communicate project details, pricing, and location benefits. Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into site visits or meetings. Maintain a database of client information and call records. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office usage. Self-motivated and target-driven. What We Offer : Fixed salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)+Incentive Attractive performance-based incentives. Supportive work environment with career growth opportunities.
