Business Development Executive (Security Manpower Services) Location: Delhi-NCR Experience: 1-5 years in Business Development, preferably in security or facility management Salary: 25-30k Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate leads and close deals with housing societies, commercial buildings, and other establishments for our security guard services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach housing societies, apartments, RWAs, commercial buildings, and gated communities to pitch security manpower services. Develop and maintain strong relations with society committee members, facility managers, and decision-makers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand security needs and offer customized solutions. Prepare and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Achieve monthly business targets and provide regular updates to management. Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in security services, housekeeping, or facility management. Strong local network and understanding of how housing societies and RWAs function. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work in the field. Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred but not mandatory).
