We are seeking a proactive and skilled Web Developer & SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in creating websites and managing search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and SEO-savvy, with a proven ability to deliver clean, responsive websites that perform well in search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities Website Development Design, build, and maintain responsive and SEO-optimized websites. Implement and update front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.). Ensure mobile optimization, fast load speeds, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to deploy updates. Conduct regular website maintenance and audits. SEO Management Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis. Optimize pages for search engines through proper meta tags, header structure, alt text, and internal linking. Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Execute technical SEO tasks, including site speed improvements and structured data. Create performance reports with actionable SEO insights. Contribute to off-page SEO activities (link-building, citation building) if applicable Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in website creation and SEO management. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms. Experience with SEO tools such as: o Google Analytics o Google Search Console o Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz o Screaming Frog or similar Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO. Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and Googles latest algorithm updates. Ability to work independently and manage multiple website projects simultaneously. Experience with e-commerce websites or local SEO. Familiarity with web performance optimization and page speed tools such as Lighthouse, GTmetrix or any other. Basic design knowledge with tools such as Adobe XD, Figma etc.. Understanding of schema markup / structured data. Experience with website migrations or redesigns. _
