Job Description

We’re looking for smart, process-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads and support outbound lead generation. This is a pre-sales/customer-facing coordination role by being the first line of communication with industrial prospects navigating water sustainability initiatives. The role offers learning and growth into full-scale B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries across channels Understand customer context and respond with clarity and relevance Understand and share Ira’s services, case studies Work with field and senior sales for site surveys and meetings Own the pipeline Coordinate and follow-up with all stakeholders Manage CRM Weekly sales reporting Required Skills Strong listening and articulation skills Empathy, patience, and clarity in communication Ability to explain company offerings contextually Prior experience in sales support, call center, customer service, or similar roles Comfortable working with CRMs, email, and digital communication tools Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi Interest in sustainability, industry, or compliance is a plus Apply here https://tinyurl.com/sales-opp-ira-water
