Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive at IPS, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, virtual meetings, social media platforms to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets and deliver top-tier customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media platforms like linkdin and other digital outreach methods.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Present and demonstrate IPS services, address customer queries, and overcome objections
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate details on prospects and sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead conversion
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and follow-up documentation
  • Support pipeline management and nurture long-term client relationships
