Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Baner, Pune Company: ValueDx Number of Positions: 10 Note: The role will begin with an unpaid internship for a duration of 2 months . Upon completion of the first successful sale, the candidate will be transitioned to a full-time position on company payroll with the compensation package outlined below. CTC: 3.6 LPA Fixed: 10,000/month Variable: 20,000/month (Performance-based) Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified appointments, and supporting conversions. You will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by achieving monthly targets and providing exceptional pre-sales engagement. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Generate minimum 15 qualified appointments per month . Support field sales team to achieve at least 2 conversions per month . Help drive an annual sales target of 30 Lakhs . Maintain records of activities and results in CRM systems. Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Understand customer requirements and communicate product value effectively. Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA preferred. 02 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation (freshers can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.
