Job Description

Job Title: RPA Developer Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions. Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities. Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues. Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions. Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices. Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. To be able to train junior resources Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3-6 years of relevant experience in RPA development Proven expertise in RPA development and configuration Strong understanding of business process automation principles Experience working in Agile development environments. Certifications preferred for RPA Developer. Additional Skills: Programming skills in Java, Selenium or any other programming language Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills
