Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and email campaigns to drive business growth.
Convert leads into paying customers by providing product demos and solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

Job Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, tele sales, or online sales.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone or email.
Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
Fresh graduate from any discipline with no prior work experience required.
