We specialize in delivering high-quality products and customer-centric solutions tailored to the needs of modern industries. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive cum Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, supporting the sales team, and driving online marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate inquiries. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Understand client requirements and provide product/solution information accordingly. Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for quotations and order closures. Generate sales reports and maintain documentation. Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email Marketing, etc.). Manage and update website content and social media pages. Create marketing collateral such as brochures, posts, and emailers using tools like Canva or Photoshop. Analyze digital performance metrics and suggest improvements. Assist in SEO and content marketing activities. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Familiarity with B2B industrial products is an advantage. Time management and multitasking ability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
