Language Requirements: a) Hindi: Native or fluent + English: Conversational (ability to understand and communicate clearly ) b) Kannada ( Native ) + English: Conversational (ability to understand and communicate clearly ) c) Malayalam ( Native ) + English: Conversational (ability to understand and communicate clearly ) d) Telugu ( Native ) + English: Conversational (ability to understand and communicate clearly) Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives across cities to join our growing team at Nexture. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings - Understand customer needs and effectively pitch relevant solutions - Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM systems regularly - Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales process - Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls /QA score and lead conversions - Collaborate with team leads and trainers to continuously improve performance Key Skills Required: - Strong verbal communication skills - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing, email handling) - Good listening and interpersonal abilities - Goal-oriented attitude and willingness to learn- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales scripts after training Eligibility Criteria: - Freshers welcome; no prior experience required - Must have completed undergraduate education or show proof of relevant ups killing to make up for lack of degree Compensation and Benefits: - Salary: 12,000 35,000 per month (depending on qualifications & previous CTC) - Incentives: Potential to earn additional sales incentives on top, subject to client-specific performance criteria - Structured training and skill development programs.
