Provide expert advice on career opportunities and guide students through their learning journey. Mentor and support junior counselors to help them improve their counseling skills and achieve their individual targets. Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to student counseling and course enrollment. Calculate conversion rates and ensure efficient follow-ups with leads. Preferred candidate profile Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role. Nice to Have: Prior work experience in an EdTech company, preferably within a student counseling or sales role. Certifications or knowledge in digital marketing or education counseling.
