Work Profile:

• The key role is to act as a brand ambassador, promoting the short-term (1 Year) courses into medical specialties and closing the leads in form of admissions by enrolling them in multiple programs.
• The job role includes speaking to the doctors / medical graduates primarily over the phone, answering their queries related to programs which we have, and convincing them to enroll in the course.
• The candidate would be responsible to make outbound telephonic calls on the leads generated and also receiving the inbound telephonic queries.
• Keeping a regular follow-up with the interested candidates, sharing all the relevant information whenever required, assuring timely closure.
• Preparing necessary reports and sharing the same with the management on a daily basis.
• It is a target-based job and the candidate would be expected to achieve the set monthly target.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Should be a motivated, team player with the right attitude.
• Prior experience of 4+ years in admissions or educational sales would be preferred.
• Graduation in any stream.
