Admission Counsellor

Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with prospective students and parents to provide information on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures. Understand student needs and preferences to recommend suitable courses and programs. Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular communication to address queries and concerns. Manage and maintain the database of prospective students, recording interactions and updates accurately. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions. Stay updated on the latest academic programs, course offerings, and admission guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to align counseling efforts with promotional activities. Provide personalized support to students throughout the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. Identify potential barriers to admission and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications. Specific Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in education, counseling, or communication). Prior experience in academic counseling, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. Empathetic, patient, and persuasive demeanor. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and achieve conversion targets. shift time - 10am - 6:30pm week off - Sunday
