Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Meerut. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing prospective students with information about RSF Fitness Academy programs, assisting with the admissions process, and guiding students through their application journey. The role involves answering inquiries, conducting interviews, assessing applications, and maintaining communication with applicants. The Admission Counsellor will also engage in outreach activities to attract new students and ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Sales and Education
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and Admissions Software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fitness or education industry is a plus
