Job Title: Plant Head Location: Meerut Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Plant Head to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing facility. The Plant Head will be responsible for production planning, maintenance, manpower management, quality control, and achieving operational efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall plant operations to meet production targets and business goals. Plan, organize, and oversee daily production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow. Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliance . Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, HR, etc.). Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen . Develop and mentor plant staff to build a high-performing workforce. Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, and raw materials. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and review performance metrics regularly. Liaison with top management to align plant goals with organizational objectives. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and maintenance practices. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. Eligibility: Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/plant management role. Industry Preference: GYM& OTHER
