As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in meeting and greeting parents and students, aiming to boost inquiries and successfully convert applications. Your focus will be on showcasing exceptional customer service skills and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, be it during interviews, phone calls, email inquiries, or information sessions. Your responsibilities will include welcoming prospective students and parents, offering guidance through the admission process, handling paperwork, conducting campus tours, administering eligibility tests, and engaging in follow-up activities to facilitate student recruitment. It is essential to prioritize accuracy in information management and adhere to school protocols for data maintenance. Collaborating with the Marketing team, you will assist in identifying target audiences and areas for recruitment efforts. Your involvement in developing and executing marketing strategies, which may involve event planning, referral programs, online and print communications, and outreach initiatives to businesses and organizations, will be instrumental in attracting potential students. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary liaison for parents, ensuring their satisfaction and active involvement in their children's educational journey.
