Role: Inside Sales – Sales Calling

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, handling sales calls, and coordinating with potential customers to drive conversions. This role involves close collaboration with our field sales, technical, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers across India
• Handle inbound queries and qualify leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Explain product offerings related to Solar, EV Chargers, Electronics, and Power Solutions
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information
• Maintain updated records in CRM (Zoho) and internal enquiry sheets
• Coordinate with the technical & logistics team for smooth order execution
• Follow up with prospects regularly and convert them to customers
• Report daily activity and performance to the reporting manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory)
• Fresher-2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and MS Excel
• Prior experience or interest in Solar, EV, Electronics, or B2B solutions is an added advantage
