Job Description

B2B Sales Executive responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, creating unique sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

The role involves understanding the specific needs of each client, offering tailor-made solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
Create and implement unique sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.
Provide detailed information about products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with clients.
Prepare and present sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.
Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, market dynamics and competitive assessments.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience is mandatory
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or relevant role.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
