JD of Client Coordinator:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager in managing client engagement and lead generation across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating potential leads, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities across GCC countries.
Assist in generating and qualifying leads to support the Business Development
pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments across multiple regions.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and
smooth communication.
Monitor and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support outreach
campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a client-facing, business development support, or sales
coordination role.
Strong research and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
tools.
