Position: Tele-Counsellor (Sales) Number of Openings: 2 (One Male and One Female) Location: Jain (Deemed-to-be University), 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Full-time) Salary Range: 23,000 28,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Language Requirement: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills are essential. Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Tele-Counsellors (Sales) to handle hostel admission enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidates should be confident communicators with a passion for sales and customer interaction. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound and receive inbound calls from students and parents regarding hostel accommodation. Present hostel facilities, fees, and offers in a persuasive and sales-driven manner. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-up. Maintain and update enquiry, lead, and conversion records in the database. Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confident in handling outbound calls and meeting targets. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telesales, tele-counselling, In accommodation industry.
