Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls from students and parents regarding hostel accommodation.
Present hostel facilities, fees, and offers in a persuasive and sales-driven manner.
Convert leads into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-up.
Maintain and update enquiry, lead, and conversion records in the database.
Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in handling outbound calls and meeting targets.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in telesales, tele-counselling, In accommodation industry.
