Level: Inside Sales Executive Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience Required: 1–5 years Qualification: Any Degree Working Hours: Shift-based (US/UK shifts) Reporting To: Business Manager Salary: ₹5.5 LPA (inclusive of variable pay) Additional Benefits: Shift allowance (if applicable) About the Role As an Associate Inside Sales Manager at Edureka, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and a passion for delivering value to customers in the fast-paced education technology space. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales. Maintain and update the calling/mailing database consistently. Conduct research on tools and strategies to identify and enhance sales opportunities. Contribute to refining and strengthening Edureka’s existing product offerings. Engage in regular follow-ups with new and existing customers to ensure engagement and closure. Desired Skills and Qualifications0–2 years of experience in inside sales/telesales in a B2C environment. Strong command of written and spoken English. Proven track record of achieving sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Previous experience in the Education industry or in selling software products/services is preferred. Motivated, target-driven, and a proactive go-getter with a keen attention to detail. Soft Skills Required Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). High levels of perseverance, motivation, and diligence.
