Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Required Experience: 1+ Yrs

location - Sector 49, Gurgaon

Expected Joining: Immediate to 15 days


Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM

Qualify leads by understanding their interests, goals, and eligibility for international programs

Pitch relevant services (counseling, application support, country-specific guides, etc.)

Manage and update lead data using CRM tools

Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth onboarding

Follow up consistently to achieve sales targets

Provide feedback on user queries to improve service and outreach


Requirements:

1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience (EdTech, immigration, or overseas consulting preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

Comfort with using CRM tools and handling multiple conversations

Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections


Preferred Skills:

Understanding of overseas education or migration processes

Languages: English (must), Hindi (preferred), regional languages (a plus)
