About the Role: Are you passionate about digital marketing and skilled in sales? We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business goals, and offering tailor-made digital marketing solutions—ranging from Google Ads and PPC campaign management to branding strategies . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy converting leads into satisfied customers, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for digital marketing services. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and online research. Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate digital marketing services. Present solutions involving Google Ads , PPC campaigns , branding , and more. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools. Work closely with digital marketing teams to align client expectations with service delivery. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement throughout the sales cycle. Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing sales or inside sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a hunter mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Product-Related Skills (Must-Have): Digital Marketing Strategy & Sales Google Ads / Google AdWords – understanding campaign setup, budget planning, and optimization PPC Campaign Management – ability to pitch ROI-driven advertising solutions Branding Solutions – understanding of online reputation and brand development Client Needs Analysis – skill in identifying pain points and offering digital remedies Nice-to-Have Skills: Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO basics Previous experience selling SaaS or digital services Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. Why Join Us?
