About the Role As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales within the EV showroom by engaging with walk-in customers, generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will also conduct promotional activities such as test drives at public gatherings and tent activities to generate hot leads, and report regularly to the manager on lead status, closures, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities - Manage walk-in customer interactions at the EV showroom, ensuring a professional sales experience. - Generate new leads through showroom visits, inbound queries, outbound follow-ups, and public test drive events / tent activities. - Present product features, conduct test rides, and explain pricing/finance options. - Drive deal closures and achieve monthly sales targets. - Report daily to the manager on hot leads, closures, and follow-ups. - Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reporting systems. - Support showroom promotions and local marketing activities to increase footfall. - Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Candidate Profile - Experience: 1 6 years in handling EV/Automobile showroom sales. - Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful closures. - Experience in field promotions, test drive events, or tent activities preferred. - Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills. - Goal-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets. - Proficient in follow-ups and reporting to management. - Local market knowledge and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
