Draft and publish job advertisements through local recruitment channels.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Conduct new employee orientation and induction training.
Draft, update and implement the Employee Handbook.
Manage leave applications, attendance tracking, and overtime approvals.
Maintain and update employee records and HR files (joiners, leavers, attendance, leave, etc.).
Handle employee relations, respond to queries and grievances, and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct performance evaluation and ensure transparent performance management process.
Prepare monthly payroll
Calculate and administer performance-linked pay based on evaluation results
Coordinate with finance/accounting team for salary disbursements.
Search for and manage rental agreements for office and retail outlets. Ensure timely renewal of rental contracts and maintain landlord relationships.
Handle day-to-day procurement of office supplies, retail store consumables, and other operational items.
Manage applications and payments for utilities and other daily expenses of the office and stores.
Assist in identifying and securing new retail store locations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for office/store setup.
Provide WhatsApp and phone support to management (Cl), including contacting internal employees and external customers/partners in India.
