Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us achieve our sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for attending leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and through email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Qualify leads and determine their needs and budget for our products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets along with sales team. Assure product presentations and provide customers with product information and pricing details. Negotiate and close sales over the phone and through email Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of Fresher-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the furniture or doors/windows industry. Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
