Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales and client service-driven organizations, with a strong background in hotel or hospitality sales being preferred.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate new leads and help expand business PAN India.
Provide after-sales service for clients addressed as queries.
Cater to direct queries from various sources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-5 years of experience in sales and client service-driven organizations.
Possess good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales as a skill and a good attitude.
Be high on service orientation and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in inside sales, business development, or telecalling is an added advantage.
