About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with high-quality leads, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, fluent in English, confident in communication, and able to present Artfills offerings in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert inbound leads into successful enrollments.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strengthen sales approach.

• Collaborate with and support the business development team to ensure success.

Work Structure:

• Role: Inside Sales (voice-based & target-driven)

• Timings: 10 AM 7 PM or 11 AM 8 PM

• 6 days working (1 weekday off)

• Locations: Thane, Wagle estate.

Qualifications:

• 1-6 years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or business development).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
