Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

• Receive and make new calls to prospects/clients.
• Maintain all the sales related records in the CRM.
• Promptly addressing the enquiries received through email or phone call and take proper follow ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to process the enquiry/lead.
• Prepare proposals as per client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience

  : Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM/Sales management or related field.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree

Skills:

• Proficiency in

  CRM/Sales tools

• Excellent knowledge of

  Microsoft

  Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  .
• Strong written and verbal communication in English Language.
• Should possess Self-motivation, Customer service skills & Problem-solving skills.
