Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to support our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in technical sales, international sales, and customer relationship management. This role requires a blend of engineering knowledge and sales expertise to effectively promote our products and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (emails, calls, exhibitions, etc.).
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and accurate delivery.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales support.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical/business development roles
  • Experience in US/International sales is a plus
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/industrial products and solutions
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
