Inside Sales

Profile:

Ecowell India is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for customer interaction, and a passion for sales. This role involves converting leads into customers primarily through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with fresh, company-provided leads to introduce Ecowell’s products and services.
• Reach out to potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads.
• Explain product features and benefits, addressing customer queries effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of inside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to closing sales.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
