Inside Sales

As an Associate at Accenture in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations team, focusing on Inside Sales and Customer Retention Program Implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to support lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media to generate leads, scheduling "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales, conducting customer surveys, identifying participants for events, and creating awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Customer Retention Program Implementation team to drive loyalty, deliver customer and brand experiences, and address unmet customer needs to enhance customer perceived value. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to work effectively in a team, be adaptable and flexible, demonstrate agility for quick learning, exhibit strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will be expected to solve routine problems using general guidelines and precedent, with interactions mainly within your team and direct supervisor. Detailed instructions will be provided for daily tasks as well as new assignments that may impact your work. It is essential to have a good understanding of basic statistics and business terms to engage effectively with stakeholders. As part of the team, you will manage your deliverables to contribute to the overall workload efficiently and provide assistance to the team whenever necessary. This role involves working in rotational shifts as needed.
