Your Role: Admission Counsellor

Be the voice that inspires and guides professionals towards their educational goals while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products/services with confidence
• 🔄 Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication
• 🎥 Conduct engaging product demos highlighting features and benefits
• 💡 Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, maximizing revenue
• 🤝 Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
• 🎯 Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• 🛠️ Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly
• 💻 Update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions and sales progress

What We’re Looking For

• 🗣️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• 📚 Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
