The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective learners, driving sales conversions, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle of NIIT's career-oriented programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Follow-Up:Reach out to prospective learners through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media to share NIITs value proposition and encourage enrolment.Sales Lifecycle Management:o Interest Generation: Understand learner needs and promote suitable NIIT programs.o Product Demonstration: Present program features, benefits, and outcomes effectively to prospective learners.o Sales Closure: Successfully convert leads into enrolled learners through persuasive selling techniques.o Post-Sales Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.Communication Management:Maintain ongoing communication with leads throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey.CRM & Record Maintenance:Document all interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM tools to track lead status, communication, and follow-ups.Key Skills & CompetenciesSales Acumen: Proven ability to understand sales cycles and drive successful closures.Target Orientation: Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand learner needs and offer suitable solutions.Strong Communication & Influencing Skills: Confident and persuasive in verbal and written communication.Self-Motivated & Energetic: Positive attitude with a proactive approach towards daily tasks and challenges.Ethical Conduct: Maintains integrity and professionalism in all interactions.Additional RequirementsAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with learners.Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in handling multiple leads.Experience with CRM platforms and digital communication tools is a plus.Education & ExperienceEducation: Bachelors degree in any discipline.Experience: 13 years in inside sales, edtech sales, or counselling preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a reputed, industry-leading organization.Professional growth in a high-impact sales environment.Competitive compensation with performance incentives.Continuous learning and development opportunities.Join NIIT and help build the workforce of tomorrow.
