Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Sales Assistant located in Bhiwadi. The Post Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing post-sales activities, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with the sales and production teams, updating customers on order status, maintaining records of customer interactions, and assisting with after-sales services. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are vital.

• Ability to maintain detailed records and manage customer interactions

• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
