Description We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and leads. Explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries. Generate and qualify leads; maintain and update the CRM system. Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for field sales representatives. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Provide excellent customer service and handle any objections effectively. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
