Role & responsibilities

Reach out to potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Maintain accurate and updated customer information in CRM systems.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to ensure sales closure.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to achieve overall business goals.
Provide excellent post-sales customer support to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and share feedback for product or process improvements.
