Role & responsibilities

School Engagement & Execution

• Execute

  15 offline Olympiads per month

  across partner schools.
• Ensure

  monthly participation of 4000+ students

  .
• Build relationships with

  principals, administrators, and key school decision-makers

  .
• Visit schools as per the pre-scheduled plan and ensure flawless event execution.
  

OMR & Logistics Management

• Guide students to accurately fill

  OMR sheets

  , ensuring phone numbers are correctly entered.

• Pre-verify OMR sheets

  before submission to minimize errors.
• Collect and

  dispatch Olympiad papers and OMR sheets

  on time.
• Handle

  courier dispatch and collection

  with proper documentation and tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

• 03 years

  of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and relationship-building

  skills.
• Comfortable with

  travel within a 200 KM radius

  of your base location.
• Minimum qualification:

  Graduate

  (B.Tech preferred);

  MBA

  is an added advantage.
• Self-driven with strong time management and operational execution skills.
