To support our rapid growth, we’re looking for hungry, high-performing Inside Sales Associates who can convert leads into paying customers through structured consultative selling.



What You'll Do :


  • Connect with leads and understand their financial goals
  • Give compelling product demos and show how Prosperr helps them save money
  • Drive daily follow-ups and closures with high intent leads
  • Use CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to improve pitch, close rate, and retention



Requirements :


  • 1+ year of experience in B2C sales – preferably in fintech sector
  • Strong spoken English
  • Ability to close Minimum 30 high-quality sales/month with discipline and structure
  • Highly coachable, hungry to grow, and excited by incentives
