Role Description

US market


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    outbound calls

    to prospective clients in the US market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong

    sales pipeline

    and achieve monthly targets.
  • Record and update client information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in interior design or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
