Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Associate (Program Renewals) at Granimals, your primary responsibilities will include:


  1. Patient Outreach:

    Proactively connect with existing patients nearing the end of their current programs through video call meetings and later follow up using phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to discuss their progress and renewal options.
  2. Consultative Renewals:

    Understand each patient’s recovery journey, challenges, and future goals by collaborating closely with their physiotherapist, and present tailored continuation plans that ensure long-term recovery.
  3. Program Knowledge:

    Maintain a deep understanding of our rehabilitation programs, pricing, and value proposition to confidently communicate renewal benefits to patients.
  4. Renewal Targets:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly renewal quotas and KPIs to contribute to retention and revenue growth.
  5. Relationship Management:

    Build trust-based relationships with patients, addressing their concerns with empathy, ensuring satisfaction, and reinforcing the value of continuing their journey.
  6. Sales Reporting:

    Accurately track all renewal conversations, patient feedback, and outcomes using CRM software.
  7. Collaboration with Physiotherapists:

    Work hand-in-hand with the treating physiotherapists to align on patient progress, readiness, and personalized selling points for renewal.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or renewals, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related service industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive patient conversations.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills focused on long-term relationship building.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for helping people stay committed to recovery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, multidisciplinary team.
